YAY! I'M FINISHING MORE OWED ART!

Anyways, this is (my favourite of Snoopy's) OCs, Stardrop! She is a hybrid of Seawing Rainwing and Starwing! She has such a cool design! She was so fun to draw! I'm also really proud of the shading on those scales...literally the first time I've actually done shading properly.
